Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, then you may return or exchange the merchandise within 30 days from when received. Additional restrictions may apply, please see below for further details.

In order to qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from when received, on regularly stocked, full price merchandise. You should expect your refund within 15 days of Lynnens receiving your return. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. 

  • Returned or Exchanged merchandise must be in new and saleable condition, with no marks or signs of use. Original packaging and tags must be intact, no animal hair, and unlaundered. The same way it was received.

  • All returns must include a Return & Exchange Form. Please click here to request a Return & Exchange Form.

  • The cost of the merchandise will be credited to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Gift returns will be issued a store credit.

  • Certain items that we carry have specific return requirements, and some are non-returnable. This will be noted where applicable.

 

No Refunds are accepted on the following:

  • Special, made-to-order, or customized orders are Final Sale, which include, but are not limited to: custom embroideries, monogramming, custom sized items, and cut yardage. If you are uncertain about the color, brand, pattern or style of an item, we recommend requesting a cutting. If you need assistance please send us a message or call us, between 10:00am and 5:00pm EST (Monday through Saturday) (203) 629-3659.  
  • Clearance items are Final Sale and non-refundable.

  • We do not accept returns on Down or Down-Free filled products, such as Pillow Inserts, Duvet Inserts, and Mattress Pads. This is for sanitary reasons, in accordance with the law. If you need advice selecting the correct bedding foundations, please call us at (203) 629-3659.

  • Freight charges are non-refundable, except in the rare instance of a manufacturing or shipping error on our part.

  • No refunds are issued on gift packaging charges.

  

If we receive a return that does not comply with our policy, we reserve the right to return those items to you. There will be no credit issued in this instance.
